3D UV CURING CHAMBER

DRUV-VELACURE 12 PLUS

Three-dimensional curing for adhesive & coatings. It is ideal for irregularly shaped parts that are challenging to cure with conventional UV. It provides a full 360 degree uniform cure in seconds. 
Designed to cure parts up to 8"X8"X8". Standard and custom sizes available.

CONFIGURATIONS:

Versions of the Velacure 12 can be configured with a variety of features for use in the R&D to fully automated production.

• Front door for inserting parts or multiple small parts in the chamber
• Side ports for inserting catheters, wires, pipe, and other continuous pieces
• Manually adjustable aperature or pneumatic shutter
• Controlcure microprocessor is an optional controller that allows for complete system control
